Dr Chris Day (a Resident Doctor at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Woolwich) won his appeal regarding the decision that he could not bring a whistleblowing claim against his national training body, Health Education England (“HEE”).
A judge reserved judgement on whether a top legal firm should pay wasted costs for hiding document that removed 5400 English Doctors from the UK’s legal whistle-blowing protection in the public interest.
